Johnny Variano

Johnny Varriano is a Senior Sales Director at Glentel, where he oversees national retail sales teams with a focus on leadership development, operational execution, and driving business growth. With extensive experience leading large teams in a fast-paced retail environment, Johnny brings a strong background in people development, performance management, and strategic planning.

Johnny has been involved with ICSF in a number of ways, including coaching and managing youth teams, and is currently the manager of the Div 1A Inter U12 Boys team. As both a board director and an active team manager, he is passionate about supporting the continued growth of the club while helping ensure a strong experience for players and families.

With his son currently playing at ICSF, Johnny is committed to helping the club grow in a way that balances competitive development with a high level of family engagement. He looks forward to contributing to the organization’s long-term success through thoughtful governance, operational support, and a community-first approach.
