JOIN US AT OUR ANNUAL TOURNAMENT
The ICSF’s annual soccer tournament, held in March, is known as one of the best youth tournaments for players aged U6 to U12 in the lower mainland. Each year, over 60 teams participate in this fun tournament which brings together soccer and the flavor of Italy for all to enjoy with authentic Italian pasta, sausages and coffees.

Dates and Times:
Saturday, March 2 and Sunday, March 3, 2024
8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Beaconsfield Park (map)
We may also use other fields including VanTech and Windermere
Format - U6-U7:
- Two (2) games on Saturday
- Jamboree format (no scores or standings kept)
Format - U8-U10 (House, Silver and Gold level teams):
- Four (4) games guaranteed over Saturday and Sunday
- 2 x 25 min halves with 5 min half-time
- Jamboree format (no scores or standings kept)
Format - U11-U12 (House and Division 1 teams):
- U11 - U12 House Teams: Four (4) games guaranteed over Saturday and Sunday
- U11- U12 Div 1 Team: Two (2) games guaranteed on Saturday for Girls and Sunday for Boys
- Each age / gender division is limited to 6 teams.
- 2 x 25 min halves with 5 min half-time
- Jamboree format (no scores or standings kept)
Cost:
- U6-U7 Timbits : $150*
- U8-U10 House/Silver/Gold : $395*
- U11-U12 House : $450
- U11-U12 Div 1 : $225
*Cost includes free lunch (hot dog and juice) for each team on Saturday ONLY and each player will receive a medal
Concession:
Pasta, 'Sausage in a Bun', Hot Dogs, Donuts, Coffee, Specialty Coffees, Hot Chocolate, Water, Juice, Pop, Gatorade, Snacks and Candy

Tournament Rules:
All matches are 2x25 minute halves
5 minute half time
No stoppage time will be played for any matches
U8: 6v6 (including GKs), kick ins, retreat line at half, no offsides, no direct free kicks
U9-U10: 7v7 (including GKs), kick ins, retreat line at half, no offsides, no direct free kicks
U11-U12: 8v8 (including GKs), throw ins, retreat line and offsides at the third of the field, direct and indirect free kicks
**To clarify for kick ins; As consistent with BC Soccer Policies.
Players may only take one step backwards and are not allowed to run up and treat kick ins like corners or free kicks. These are meant to be passing opportunities to get the match moving along quickly
PARKING:
Please do not block the alleys, the bylaw officers love this weekend as they go around and ticket people so be careful where you park your vehicle.
We will have concession open this weekend, there will be soft drinks, chips, coffee, donuts and pasta and sausages.
Each team will received a hot dog lunch and juice box ONLY on Saturday! Please have a team mom come to the concession table with your ticket for the team lunch (that will be attached to your registration package) DO NOT LOSE THAT TICKET!!!!
I WILL NEED EACH TEAM TO CONFIRM HOW MANY PLAYERS THEY HAVE FOR MEDALS.

- In the spirit of fair play every effort will be made to match up teams of similar levels of play.
- Please bring pinnies in order to avoid delays because of same coloured uniforms.
- Please arrive to your games early to avoid delays that could affect our entire schedule.
- Once the schedule is released, please review it carefully as changes will not be made at the last minute.
