Fabrizio Paino

Fabrizio Paino's connection to soccer began in Rome, where he grew up playing for his school and local clubs before bringing his love of the game to Canada. What started as coaching his own son grew into a broader commitment to developing the next generation of players, and now into contributing to the club at the board level. For Fabrizio, youth soccer is where character, discipline, and a sense of community take root, and where the values he grew up with are passed on to the players who will carry the club forward.

Professionally, Fabrizio is a technology executive with over twenty years of experience leading engineering organizations. He brings that same focus on sound governance, long-term planning, and disciplined execution to the ICSF Board. Proud of his Italian heritage and grateful for a club that reflects it, Fabrizio is committed to helping ICSF continue its traditions and carry them forward for the families and players who are part of the club.
