Anthoni has been deeply involved in soccer for decades, beginning his journey as a youth player at ICSF in the 1980s. His connection to the club came full circle in 2012 when he returned with his eldest son. Since then, all three of his sons have played at ICSF, and he has contributed in nearly every capacity—coach, manager, age group coordinator, and director.

For the upcoming 2025/26 season, Anthoni will serve as Head Coach of the U18 Boys Metro team, Assistant Coach for the U21 Men’s team, and continue in his role as Head Coach of the ICSF Early Kickers program—a program he helped create and proudly leads. Instilling a lifelong love of soccer in the youngest players is a passion that drives his continued commitment to the club.

Since 2018, Anthoni has served on the ICSF Board of Directors and has contributed to several important initiatives, including the rewrite of the club’s constitution and bylaws. He also chairs the Sponsorship Committee, helping to build meaningful partnerships that support the club’s growth and sustainability. In recognition of his dedication and impact, Anthoni was named ICSF’s Volunteer of the Year in 2023.

Anthoni holds a BC Soccer C Licence – Trained certification.

Professionally, Anthoni is a licensed electrician and electrical contractor (A-License) and has worked as an Electrical Inspector with the City of Burnaby since 2014.
